Rockshox Domain Forks
>> Thursday, 25 November 2010
New for 2011, Rockshox have released this budget DH and Freeride fork which will definitely go down well with any gravity mtb riders looking for the strength of a dual crown fork on a budget. All the boxes are ticked with 200mm (8 inches) of travel, a maxle system, coil springs, External Rebound and Low-Speed Compression damping. Its coming in at 3420g which is slightly heaver than the 2860g 2010 Boxxer. Expect to see this fork as an OEM model on a lot of mid range DH & freeride bikes in 2011! RRP is £550 (about the same as a reduced 2010 Boxxer Race) although CRC have this Rock Shox Domain triple clamp in stock at only £495!... |
2010 Rock Shox Domain 318's are halved in price to only £279 reduced from £500 odd, worth a look if your in the market for a long travel trail fork or a heavy hitting single crown! 180mm coil sprung travel with Rock Shox's patented motion control damping. |
Rock Shox's 302 Forks are the little bro of the bigger 318's. They have a little less travel adjustable between 115mm and 160mm. But more than make up for that with their current price at only £212 reduced from £470!! An excellent freeride fork and at only £212 it makes this fork and great option for an fork upgrade on a budget!! |
